The Guild

The Guild is officially known as “The Church of Scotland Guild” and has a long history having been founded back in 1887 by Reverand Dr Archibald.

It was originally known as the Woman’s Guild but since 1997 the membership is now also open to both women and men.

Our motto Whose I Am, and Whom I Serve is taken from Acts 27 verse 23.

Our Bucksburn Stoneywood Guild has joined with Dyce Guild to make a joint program across both churches.

Monday 18th March – Annual Business Meeting in Dyce Church.

In April we’ll be hearing about opportunities to help struggling young families through Home Start, then about the work of Teen Challenge with women addicts at their Benaiah Centre in Buchan.

For more details please keep an eye on the Guild programme displayed in our Church Hall and in our Sunday Intimation sheets.
